The idea is to focus on adding and not minus-ing
Don't think about getting rid of junk food from your diet, focus on adding vegetables and fruit into your diet
Don't think about cutting your alcohol intake, focus on adding a healthy weight lifting routine or running routine into your life
Don't try to talk out the bad of a person, try to encourage the good in them.
